Use your company account, AI estimates, proposals, contracts and invoices on your Android phone. Internet access and an up-to-date Chrome browser are recommended.

1. Open this page in Chrome on your Android phone and download the app.
2. Open the downloaded APK. If Android asks, allow Chrome or your file manager to install this app, then tap Install (or Update if you already have it).
3. Open AI Estimator from your phone’s app screen.
4. On first launch, sign in with ChatGPT and finish company setup. If you are joining an existing team, open your invitation link with the invited account.

This is a test version for direct installation. Your estimates and company information use the same account as the website.

Try a sample estimate

Enter this scope in the estimate builder:

Install and finish Level 4 drywall on one face of a 40-foot-long, 10-foot-high wall, then paint that same face. No doors or windows. Use 4-by-8 drywall sheets with 10% purchasing waste.

Tap Calculate estimate. AI fills the quantities, labor and material pricing into the worksheet. Review or edit any item. The drywall and painting areas should each be 400 square feet.

Next, save the estimate, create a proposal, create and sign a contract, share its customer link, and convert the signed contract to an invoice. For testing, use sample customer details.
