Prices are USD per company. AI requests include estimate generation, document review and voice transcription. All plans include editable results and saved documents. Unlimited has no monthly AI request cap and is exempt from the app’s shared daily testing limit and monthly spending cap. Unlimited is limited to 5 requests per minute per company to prevent overload; provider availability and request-size limits still apply. Free, Plus and Pro share the existing daily testing and monthly spending limits. Manual estimating and saved documents remain available if AI is paused.
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly, as selected, until canceled. Eligible first subscriptions include a 14-day trial when selected; the full selected monthly or annual price is charged after the trial unless canceled beforehand. Cancel through Manage subscription before the next renewal; paid access continues through the current billing period. Unused time is not automatically refunded. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Creating an account or agreeing to policies does not purchase a plan.
