We handle your name, email, account identity, company profile and logo, team memberships, saved rates, estimates, projects, client details, documents, uploaded files and recordings, signatures, and activity needed to deliver the app. We also keep subscription references, usage counters, security records, and policy acceptance dates and versions. Only enter information you have permission to provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate users, maintain company workspaces, produce and save estimates and documents, provide requested AI features, deliver requested messages, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and respond to support and legal requests. Account and session cookies support sign-in, security, and the selected workspace.
Service providers and sharing
Hosting and storage services run the app and keep its records. Supabase handles email/password authentication. OpenAI processes the scope, notes, selected files, or recordings submitted when you invoke an AI feature. Resend or the company’s configured email service processes messages sent through the app. Stripe processes subscription payment details and provides billing management; the app keeps payment references rather than full card numbers.
Team members can see information available in their company workspace. Anyone who obtains a document’s sharing link may be able to view that document and related signing information, so share links carefully. External payment links open third-party services governed by their own policies. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.
Retention and security
We keep information as needed to provide the service and address billing, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete company work. Deletion requests may require identity or company-owner verification, and some records or backup copies may remain when retention is necessary.
We use access controls and encrypted connections; saved provider credentials are encrypted. No online system is completely secure. Use a unique password and report suspected unauthorized access to support. Service providers may process data outside your state or country.
Your choices and requests
You can edit company information in Settings and download or print important documents using the app’s available controls. Contact tony@atc-services.net to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information or account closure, or to ask about applicable privacy rights. A team member’s request may require coordination with the company owner for company-owned records.
The service is intended for adults conducting business and is not directed to children. Policy changes will be dated and material updates will be presented in the app.
