Sign in as the company owner, open Plans & usage, choose Manage subscription, and select the cancellation option in the Stripe billing portal. Complete the confirmation and check the displayed end date. Cancel before the next renewal is processed to avoid the next recurring charge.
If you cannot sign in or use the portal, email tony@atc-services.net from your account email and request cancellation. Include your company name and, if available, the invoice reference. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
What happens after cancellation
Cancel a free trial before its end date to avoid the first charge. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid plan normally stays active through the end of the period already paid for, then the workspace returns to Free. You can continue using the Free features and access your saved work. Existing team members keep access to saved company work; new team invitations require Pro.
Canceling does not automatically refund earlier charges or unused days. See the Refund policy for billing errors and other requests. Signing out, deleting a shortcut, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.
Other arrangements
This policy covers AI Estimator web subscriptions. Payments your clients make to your company through external payment links, and any construction contract cancellation, are governed by your company’s agreement with that client and the payment provider’s terms.
