Accounts and team access
You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the company whose information you enter. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use a separate login for each teammate. You are responsible for activity you authorize in your workspace. The company owner manages team access and subscription changes.
Review every estimate and document
AI output is a draft and can contain incorrect quantities, prices, omissions, or assumptions. You must verify measurements, site conditions, supplier quotes, labor rates, taxes, codes, scope, and totals before sending or relying on a result. AI Estimator does not provide engineering, legal, tax, or licensed professional advice and does not guarantee a complete drawing takeoff, project cost, profit, or code compliance.
Proposals, construction contracts, invoices, and signatures created in your workspace are between your company and its client. You are responsible for the wording, disclosures, permissions, signer authority, and suitability of those documents. ATC Services does not become a party to your construction agreement or guarantee client payment.
Your content and permitted use
You keep your rights in the content you provide. You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the features you use. Only upload content you are entitled to use and share. Obtain any consent needed to record people or upload client information. Do not upload payment-card numbers, account passwords, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Do not use the app for unlawful activity, infringement, abusive messaging, unauthorized access, malware, or attempts to bypass usage limits or another company’s access controls. We may restrict access to address abuse, security problems, or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake.
Plans and recurring charges
Free is $0. Plus is $10, Pro is $25, and Unlimited is $50 USD per company per month. Yearly billing is $100 for Plus, $250 for Pro, and $500 for Unlimited, equivalent to two months free compared with monthly billing. Eligible first web subscriptions may start with a 14-day free trial on any paid plan, monthly or yearly. A payment method is required; the full selected monthly or annual price is charged automatically at trial end unless canceled first. Trial access includes the selected plan features and monthly AI allowance. One introductory trial per company; it cannot be combined with a special offer. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed price unless a change is separately authorized. Creating an account or accepting these policies does not purchase a subscription. A paid plan starts only after you separately choose a plan and authorize payment in checkout.
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly, as selected, until canceled. Checkout shows the amount, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes before payment. The company owner can manage the subscription in Plans & usage. Upgrades can produce a prorated charge; downgrades and cancellation normally take effect at the end of the paid billing period. Review the amount and effective date shown in the billing portal before confirming a change.
The Cancellation and Refund policies form part of these terms. We will communicate material price or subscription changes before they take effect; you can cancel before a future renewal.
Usage and availability
The plan page describes included AI requests and seats. Estimate generation, file review, and voice transcription share the plan’s monthly AI allowance. The allowance resets each calendar month in UTC and unused requests do not roll over. Unlimited has no monthly AI request cap and is exempt from shared app daily testing and monthly spending limits. To prevent overload, Unlimited permits 5 requests per minute per company. All plans remain subject to provider availability and request-size limits. Free, Plus and Pro remain subject to shared app daily and monthly spending limits. Manual estimating and saved documents remain available during an AI limit pause.
The service may have interruptions or errors. Save copies of important proposals, contracts, and records. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular business outcome. Nothing in these policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Closing an account and policy updates
Cancel a paid subscription before requesting account closure. Removing an installed shortcut or signing out does not cancel billing. Contact support for account closure or data requests. Records may need to be retained for billing, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations, as described in the Privacy policy.
Material policy updates will be identified by a new version and presented for acceptance before continued workspace use. Billing management, support, and the policies remain accessible if you choose not to accept. Your acceptance date and the policy version are recorded.
