Request account or data deletion

How to request deletion

1. Email tony@atc-services.net with the subject “AI Estimator account deletion”.
2. Include your account email and company name. Tell us whether you want to close your account and delete associated personal data, or delete specific information while keeping the account.
3. Support may ask you to verify your identity or company ownership before processing the request. Never send a password, verification code, or full payment-card number.

This button opens your email app. Send the email to submit your request; opening this page does not delete anything.

What your request covers

Account closure requests cover your login account, personal profile and associated personal information. You can also request deletion of contacts, project information, uploaded files, estimates and documents you are authorized to manage. Company-owned work and shared or signed documents may require coordination with the company owner and may be subject to retention obligations.

Records that may be kept

Some billing, transaction, security, dispute and legally required records, or backup copies, may need to remain as described in our Privacy policy. Retention depends on the applicable obligation; we do not promise a fixed additional retention period or automatic deletion within 90 days. Ask support which records must be retained and for how long for your request.

Subscriptions and saved work

Download any documents you need before requesting deletion. Cancel a paid subscription through Plans & usage → Manage subscription before requesting closure, or ask support for billing help. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
