Refund policy

How to request help with a charge and what cancellation refunds cover.

Effective October 16, 2026

Unused subscription time

Monthly and annual subscription charges are generally not refunded solely because you stop using the app, cancel after renewal, or do not use all included requests. Cancellation normally keeps paid access available through the paid period. We do not automatically issue prorated refunds for unused days. This does not limit any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law.

Billing errors and service problems

Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, charges after a confirmed cancellation, suspected unauthorized charges, or a substantial service failure. We review the circumstances and correct confirmed billing errors. Other refund requests are reviewed individually; a refund is not guaranteed unless required by law.

If an AI service limit or outage prevents use, contact support for review. A failed AI request does not count against your plan’s monthly successful-request allowance.

Request a refund

Email tony@atc-services.net with your account email, company name, charge date, amount, invoice reference if available, and the reason for the request. Do not send your password or full card details. We may ask for information needed to verify the charge and your authority over the account.

If approved, a refund is sent to the original payment method through the payment processor. Posting time depends on the processor and your bank. Requesting a refund does not itself cancel future renewals: also cancel in Plans & usage, or explicitly ask support to cancel.

Client and contractor payments

This policy applies to AI Estimator subscription fees. It does not govern invoices, deposits, construction disputes, or payments between your company and its clients. Address those requests directly with the contractor and the relevant payment provider.
